I purchased some accent lighting for my motorcycle a while back and had some issues with the remote operating properly. I absolutely understand the occasional problems that occur from time to time. Exceptional customer:service. Sometimes products fail, as mine did. But, great companies can be measured by their customer service. Custom Dynamics products are great, and their customer service is exceptional.
I purchased a set of Fillerz in 2016 when I bought my HD Limited. They are amazingly bright and easy to install. After 3 yrs and 100,000 mile (yes, 100,000 in just 3 yrs!!) the right side stopped working. After a short phone call and an email with some photos, I received (within 2 days!!) a free replacement light. No hassle, n cost, no shipping. Just good old fashioned customer service. I had great experience with warranty issues. I spoke with Kim and she in turn passed me along to Jamie who took good care of me. I sent in my bad light plus my good light. They tested both, replaced the bad one and got them back very fast to me.

Very fast shipping. Installed a set of front Pro Beam turn signal plug in's on my 2019 Heritage Classic. Liked them so much, just ordered the rears. The front turn signal bright white LED's offer greater rider safety, and when you use your turn signals, they become an amber flashing light. RIDER SAFETY.
I bought the Pro-Fillerz and ProBeam taillight at House of Harley while in Milwaukee for the 115th Rally. Custom Dynamics installed them for free as promised, while I waited. Awesome customer service! They make a huge difference on the back of my 2018 FLHTK Anniversary Edition! Much brighter than stock.
