Had a problem with CMBT 5 lights custom Dynamics solved in less that a week . Would give 5 stars for custmer service.
I recently had to contact Custom Dynamics due to lost lens on my Fillerz lights. I told them what happened and they asked to send in a Picture of the light. I then received an e-mail advising that they will replace the light and a new one is being sent out. What a delight for a company to back their product and is another reason to buy Custom Dynamics lights. Thank you guys for being a great company.
Not only are their products of great quality, but they have top shelf customer service. Very rare to see a company that truly stands behind its product as much as Custom Dynamics does!
Bought Truflex II in red for run/brake lights. At some point, 5 LEDs in the middle of the strip stopped working. Emailed Custom Dynamics telling them of the problem and included a picture of the light on with the 5 LEDs out. That same day they responded and shipped out a replacement. It could not have been better. Thank you.
There was a small problem in shipping that was resolved very Quick. Great service!
I had a problem with my tour pack lights and they stood behind there products...replaced so quick..I wasn't without my leds.....highly recommend Custom Dynamics..#1
