Your customer service is bar none! I got a set of Ringz as a christmas gift for my Harley Davidson Softail Slim. I commute almost 100 miles a day and was very bummed to find one of the tail light had come off and the outer ring was lost on the freeway. A replacement was mail out right away and received the next buisness day! Several weeks later, I come to find BOTH tail lights have come off. The staff at Custom Dynamics was very professional, courteous, helpful and exceeded my expectations. I called to have a part replaced and they were on it right away and had it sent to me within days. I highly recommend using Custom Dynamics.
Loved the lights, they were super easy to install on my 2015 Road Glide and worked perfectly. Other members in my riding group have had positive comments and expressed interest in getting them for their own rides.

Great product and customer service like it should be - excellent!
ordered front and rear LED signal lights, arrived on time but one front signal LED defective, called office on weekday since there closed weekends, had to answer annoying questions and email photo's of failed LED. Good point is customer service was professional, helpful and fast. Replacement was mailed same day and worked great. Both lights are super bright and effective.
