I ordered the MiniBeast5 air horn for my husband's Road Glide Ultra, for his upcoming birthday. He hasn't opened it yet, so we'll have to see how he likes it when he does. I wanted to install Plasma Rods on a 20016 Roadmaster and had some installation questions so I called the customer service number. The person that answered the phone knew what I needed to make the installation and after I received the Dynamic Load Isolator and and Dual convertors, the installation was a snap. The installation instructions were clear, complete and easy to follow and now the Plasma Rods operate in all three functions- run, brake and turn signal. Thank you for a great product and customer service.
