I wanted to install Plasma Rods on a 20016 Roadmaster and had some installation questions so I called the customer service number. The person that answered the phone knew what I needed to make the installation and after I received the Dynamic Load Isolator and and Dual convertors, the installation was a snap. The installation instructions were clear, complete and easy to follow and now the Plasma Rods operate in all three functions- run, brake and turn signal. Thank you for a great product and customer service.
