I had a busted Plasma Rod...just wouldn't work. Without any hassle, no receipt, no jumping through hoops Jamie at CD asked a few questions and then told me to send it and and they would fix or replace. I was skeptical even though I've purchased from Custom Dynamics many times over 6 motorcycles, this was the first issue of interaction with customer services. I ordered the minibeast 1 air horn kit. It arrived in a timely manner, was easy to install, and is very loud. Just what I was looking for!
Awesome customer service.LED brake light strip I purchased 5 to 7 years ago had a couple leds go out,I emailed custom dynamics and explained the situation and that I had no receipt and the reply I received back informed me that they were sending me a replacement free of charge. You don’t get that kind of service anywhere. I’ll definitely buy from them again.
