I emailed support several times with questions about my '18 FXLR. Spencer always got back to me within an hour. I placed my order on a Monday morning, two hours it was shipped and arrived in the mail Thursday. Installation was a piece of cake and I'm loving the ProBeam Dynamic Ringz on the front. Now just waiting for you to release ProBeams for the rear with 1156 bulbs. technical support is great. all phone calls to the staff and all information was very timely and professional, Excellent customer service! this is not my first purchase with Custom Dynamics nor will it be my last. I do have one gripe however. I originally starting buying C.D. products because they are quality and made in America! my last purchase was the Eclipse converter for turn signals and its made in china...and it shows.
I received it quickly and it was an easy install.

replacement of my defective product was ok but I still had to pay for shipping because I am in Canada... not cool.
