I like your products. I have spent over $2500. on them. I have had two problems. 1st I ordered a strip light that does braking and turning. The 1st three where missed packaged. The 2nd was this magic module. It melted and could have melted my fuse box. I had to talk 4 different people to get it replaced. My only question was is this a common failure or was a their a run of defective parts. The part did get replaced but my concern in regards to my question has not.

I had a defective lamp. Customer service asked a few questions and determined that a replacement should be sent. I received this as a gift so didn't have my proof of purchase but they stood behind their lifetime warranty. GREAT customer service
