Initially I contacted CD via email as I wanted to install the taillight flasher module and tri-bar fender light in my 2017 Road Glide. I was able to transfer the CD LED signal light bulbs from my 2013 Road Glide but none of the other CD products I had on that on that bike would transfer. The associate who replied to my email, I apologize I know it was a female but I do not remember her name, was polite and very knowledgeable. I remember my first experience with Custom Dynamics back at ThunderBeach in October 2011... Rolled in with the Wide Glide and dim, nearly unsafe OEM tail/brake/turn lights. Your gal in the red shorts had me squared away with proper lights, load leveler, etc. in no time and every bike we've owned since then has gotten the Custom Dynamics treatment. Custom Dynamics is the best! Great products and great service! Their strobe flasher didn’t work with my particular bike model so (after working with me to try to troubleshoot the unit they refunded me, redesigned the strobe flasher to make it work and then sent me the newly designed replacement)! Do review their YouTube videos for product installation they help a lot. I highly recommend Custom Dynamics and (in case anyone is wondering) I have no affiliation with them whatsoever beyond being a very satisfied customer!
I bought LED strips to line the fenders of my Can Am Spyder and sadly a couple LEDs stopped working. I contacted Custom Dynamics and the process to get the strip replaced was seamless. Extremely responsive and I had a replacement at my door in about a week. The product is high quality, instructions are extremely clear and the service and sales team are unmatched.
