Neil was excellent. His customer service was impeccable and his workmanship was second to none. My porch roof had been leaking and worrying me for years. Every step of the project Neil took “before and after” pictures to show his progress and the improvements. I no longer have anxiety going on my porch and can safely enjoy outside thanks to Neil’s and CHI’s high standards for quality.

Sales rep was thorough and knowledgeable regarding roofing. A small problem with roof installation was quickly resolved by company rep. Courteous employees.

The General Contractor came out to assess my home within 10 days. He performed an assessment, took photos and scheduled the work within 10 days. I'm very happy with the work performed. My issue was a leaky window. I'm confident the repair was performed well and the warranty was explained should it returns. Great Tech, Great Company

When Lyle and Greg came to give me information and an estimate on a roof they answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision to go with Custom Home Improvements. .They gave me such peace of mind!!!The job was done when they said it would be and the roofers took care of everything In one day. Any questions I had after the job was done eas answered promptly and professionally.I would and do recommend Custom Home Improvements to anyone needing a new roof !!!!

I had Custom Home Improvement install new siding on my home a couple years ago, and was very happy with the work. My house had some wind damage to the roof recently and Custom Homes was the first contractor I called. They were quick, professional and I would recommend their services.
