Overall, I’m very pleased with the whole process with Custom Offsets. Greg stayed in contact throughout the entire process and was never pushy about getting me to buy rims. He was very patient with all my questions, and when I finally made a decision on which ones I wanted, he double-checked my order and made sure I had everything I needed in my cart. Awesome first time experience buying wheels and tires!! I know this isn't normal but I got my wheels, tires, mounted and balanced in like 5 business days. It was crazy. I called and talked with Richard Carusiello and he was amazing! Ever tire was perfect. No balancing issues or problems on wide wheels. Just a great overall experience. Definitely buying from them in 50k miles.
