Going through the checkout process using Katapult was confusing. Your website does not give a customer service number that goes directly to a rep, the only way to contact is through email. The sales rep I talked to after I googled to get a working phone number was terrific!! He helped get my original order cancelled and got my order completed with no issues. The site use is easy, just pay attention to which wheels are in stock and which ones have to be ordered in. I ordered a set of wheels, tires the whole shebang After about 10 days got a email saying there was a delay with the wheels getting to them happens waited till the end of the month, still not shipped but was going to be out of state for a couple weeks coming up needed to have them come before then had to end up switching my wheels to a pair then had in stock not a big deal, my biggest complaint is changing the wheels m... read more
Can’t beat the service and the prices. Shipping was great, the delivery was on time and very friendly. Called ahead and real time truck tracking. I will only be buying tires (with or without wheels) from custom offsets from here on out. I had an issue (my fault) and emailed a question frantically. I was immediately contacted with with information I requested and a direct line to ask for further assistance. Couldn’t be happier with that customer service.
