The Wheels (set of 4) we purchased came as indicated on email and multiple communications from the company. The wheels were packed in the actual manufactory boxes the wheels were made by and repacked by Custom Offsets. There was no damage or any bad experiences at all! We would purchase from this company again and would recommend this seller!
