Super easy process and custom offsets thought of everything. Simple touches like including enough lug nuts for spare tire, packing everything up in a way it won’t be damaged, not nailing you with another 400 dollar charge for delivery after spending 3k on rims and tires, balancing everything so a monkey like me can just change the tires and drive safely to then later get the thing aligned at a service center. There are tons of other rim/tire businesses, but end up being cost prohibitive compared to offsets.
