This company has hands down won the award for customer service and all the above. I ordered the wrong wheel and tire package (user error). So I paid the restock fee (understandably) and ordered the correct set. Upon a quick call to customer service and a few emails later a refund was quickly sent over with the proper package I meant to order, and Brit, my refund specialist, has been quick to fix any accounting errors throughout the process and kept me updated with each step of the way.
