This was my third wheel and tire order with Customer Offsets since 2022 and it was flawless just like my previous orders. Ordered tires and wheels. Wasn’t sure how the fitment would end up because I’m not super knowledgeable about backspacing and offset measurements. I used the gallery on Custom Offset’s website and ordered a set for my 2018 Ram power wagon. I sent a message asking about fitment and got ahold of a real person who was knowledgeable and answered my questions. My order arrived on time and in good shape. Customer service is second to none, packaging was great, wheels arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit upset to see that a few of the wheels didn't have valve stem caps, but in the packaging they sent me 6 matching valve stem caps to put on myself. 10/10.
