Can’t say anything other than excellent as far as customer service goes, part I had went bad after a year of owning it and Justin was prompt in talking with the parts manufacturer for it and getting a replacement part out to me when it was determined the warranty was to be claimed through custom offsets itself, and after a couple emails back and forth and a separate issue he helped solve everything’s working perfectly now
