awesome experience! custom offsets website was very convenient way to narrow down the selection of wheels for my vehicle and helped me decide with a gallery of pictures of how each wheel tire package would look on my truck

It was easy to purchase rims from custom offsets. They were packaged very well and in damaged when they arrived. So on that sense the experience was very good. I do wish that all the rim selections came in the size I wanted. But regardless custome offsets did a very good job on these rims and delivering them to me.

Rims and tires were as expected and packaged well for shipping after mounting and balancing. All of them had balancing weights in two separate areas on the wheel, somewhat offsetting each other, but they seem balanced. Truck shipping company used would not drop off the wheels directly at my house, had to meet them at a business along the highway near my house and then had to unpackage the wheels/tires individually and unload, as the shipping did not include lift gate services for a palleted package. Had to make a return on wheels/tires after I was told they will fit. Didn’t fit over my brake calipers. I was a little annoyed that I was charged any restocking fee.
