The price was awesome. When the rims and tires got delivered they were mounted and balanced. No hassle. The one thing I wish was done would be that I was contacted before delivery so I could hav been there.

The ordering experience was good and any time I called actually spoke to a person. The shipping company was ok. I did not like how it took a while to get any tracking information. It took almost 4 days for any tracking to show up.

As for my order it was disappointing to find that I had ordered the wrong tires for the rim application, I thought that I had made a great choice, but was wrong in tire size, but I had put my vehicles year make and model in and I thought that would work for me why with your expertise in sales that it wasn't caught before they were sent. I am sorry, I know I ordered the wrong size, but was disappointed to hear the $400.00 dollar return fee and if I had wanted to keep the rims and exchange tires that I would also have to pay ... read more
