Rude & unprofessional owner. Unreliable with no reports or emails back. No accountability or responsibility for the job done and poor craftsmanship. Blamed us for pool cracks and didn’t offer a solution to fix it. Cracks in pool after two years resurfaced, due to air pockets made from thin layer in pool. Had one contractor and two inspectors come out to look at pool and they all agreed, NOT A CHEMICAL ISSUE and said resurface layer was too thin. First the positive. The demotion of my pool tile and preparation for the installation of new tile, and re-plastering of the pool was completed on schedule and the result was very positive. The workers were courteous and cleanup was good. Then, a month after installation, a bright white spot the size of a quarter appeared in the shallow end of the pool. I know nothing about the company, but whoever drives van R-2 for this company needs to be fired. They, without using their turn signal, switched lanes going at least 20+ over the speed limit and nearly smashed into my car.
