Beware! this company does not respond to warranty work! Had entire pool resurfaced with new tile and coping and also deck resurfaced in September 2021. $18,000 dollars later, Diamond bright pool coating has already chipped away in one area about 3 inch diameter and I can’t get Custom Pool to resolve it. Also beware if they try to sell you deck crack warranty thru PolyLift USA. My deck cracked and I still had to pay Custom Pool and spa over $1,800 to repair.
