Called for estimate for pool heater repair. Guy showed up and refused to diagnose issue with heater. Just said it didn't work and was over 10 years old so we need a new one. We asked multiple times, while he was here for 15 minutes, what the issue may be, and how much for potential repairs. All he would say was that it was his opinion that we need to buy a new heater. We were charged $88.75 for what turned out to be a sales call.
