Amazing Team! So I have been a resident for over a year now and this has by far been one of the best experiences I’ve had living within this community! The amenities are nice, valet trash is reliable and the office team is great! Thanks to Ms. Nichole for always insuring that my leasing office visits are welcoming and supportive! Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for my family From the application process to the move-in day was fast and super smooth. Nicole the property manager was a absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and got us move in very swiftly. Our apartment is spacious, closets are huge and the community is very clean. Thank you Nicole for helping my family call Cyan our new home!!!
Great property The staff here goes above and beyond with the care of the residents. I had an issue the other day and Heather Alexis and John made sure that I was well taken care of thanks for the assist.
Great Experience I just recently moved to Cyan at Mallard Creek and have had such a great experience. The leasing staff and manager, Heather is amazing.It’s hard to find apartments where the leasing office genuinely care for their residents. Anytime I call, the office picks up and if for some reason they do not. I will receive a call back within 5-10 minutes. They are really on top of everything and very friendly. Horrible If I could leave 0 stars I would this place is horrible they tow ur car unlawfully. Vehicles get broken into. Management is disrespectful and rude. Nichole verbally told me they could “careless about me being a disabled veteran that anit got nun to do with her” after they unlawfully towed my vehicle, worst place to live go take your hard earned money somewhere else. Hate it here can’t wait to leave.

Not Worth It! Horrible complex! We just moved here in August 2024. In September 2024, my car was broken into. We contacted the leasing office and their response was "there is nothing we can do." We asked if they could get nighttime security or security cameras to prevent this in the future, but they refused. On today (November 2024), I get up to go to work and my car was gone. It had been towed because the tow company "couldn't see" my handicap sticker due to the tint in my window being too dark. I am now forced to pay $370 ... read more

Do not waste your time. The apartment complex is poorly built. You will hear noise above you and beside you from neighbors word for word. Music is being played extremely after hours. People do not pick up when they walk there pets and also do not use dog leash. Weed is being smoke around the apartments and inside apartments. The weed scent travels into apartments. Valet trash pickup is not being picked up daily and it being charged to be pick up on the lease agreement. People are parking on grounds over 4 days without parkin... read more
Unfortunate Living Experience Cyan Mallard Creek is one of the worst places to live in the Mallard Creek Area. The residents constantly leave trash on the property in areas other than the designated compactors and trash receptacles. The leasing staff is unprofessional with communications and often confusing. The leasing staff provides very short notice in changes that affect residents in instrumental ways. Relocating to this complex from out of state has been one of the worst experiences.
