Do not waste your time. The apartment complex is poorly built. You will hear noise above you and beside you from neighbors word for word. Music is being played extremely after hours. People do not pick up when they walk there pets and also do not use dog leash. Weed is being smoke around the apartments and inside apartments. The weed scent travels into apartments. Unfortunate Living Experience Cyan Mallard Creek is one of the worst places to live in the Mallard Creek Area. The residents constantly leave trash on the property in areas other than the designated compactors and trash receptacles. The leasing staff is unprofessional with communications and often confusing. The leasing staff provides very short notice in changes that affect residents in instrumental ways. Relocating to this complex from out of state has been one of the worst experiences.
