I just met my Property Manager Chanel Lay and Office Manager Shaina Fields. They both made my experience great. They both said Hello as soon as I walked in the door. They both have awesome customer service skills. Property Manager Chanel was very educational on how to use the Pangea system online. Where do I begin.🤔😏 I have the greatest PM ever!💯🎊 Chanel has been nothing but amazing☺. On July 17th 📆my unit caught on Fire🔥, she didn't waste a second. She came over right away and had her team go to work🔨🛠!! She went above and beyond the expectation. I have one of the best PM ever (Chanel) Very patient, caring and went far and beyond to help me. And the office manger Shania is very nice and compassionate she has great professionalism. . I love my apartment. If there are any issues they are on top of it. The team in my zone are awesome I love Pangea.
Great realtor !!!! Didn't like the south side but Pangea helped by making sure my building is well lite,lock, clean and quite.
