This isn't the address to the Pangea building I need to report. I want the Manager for the N. Menard Ave. Chicago, IL 60644. Come and shovel overhear! You have yet to shovel your sidewalks from Washington Blvd to 111 N. Menard Ave., You all make a lot of $$$ in these neighborhoods to not look after your tenants. I was walking the area and couldn't even get by because of you all and saw (3) of your tenants stuck trying to get out of the front doors. SHAMEFUL OF YOU ALL
They are slum lords. All they want is the rent they don't fix nothing move people in mold Apartments with mice, roaches, bed bugs etc.
I like my apartment, if i have any kind of problem they will send maintenance out to take care of it, the Property Management that take care of the building that I'm living in is a very nice young man, if in when i see him ,he always ask me is everything ok within my apartment, I have talk to some of team members at Zone 3 very respectable people's.
Haven't been here 2 months power is out in certain parts of the house... There's no power in the kitchen, so of course food are going to go bad if they dnt fix the problem right away... It's one thing after another...
I'm tired of the bugs tired of the lies and I'm tired of not having any hot water I'm sick it's been going on for 4 months I need to take a shower I would love to but can't take a shower if the water is called these guys either need to figure out what they're doing are you need to get somebody else to do the job. Or a big highfalutin companies that you profess to be you would think that you would keep things rolling here I'm so sick of mice every night I see him thank you Debra Ammon
Were is maintenance! My power have been out for hours. ...no heat! No type of concern for resident care!
