Dr Graves took my case when others wouldn’t. Her approach is honest, logical and compassionate She gives you options all which are in your best interest Her staff are warm and friendly and professional. I only wish I had found DR Graves sooner!
She is the best!! But she's probably full but she is getting a highly supported new dentist to work with her that has to be as good as she is.
Dr. Graves and the staff were extremely professional, timely, accurate, and honest when it came to my annual checkup/x-rays/cleaning. I was impressed by the extra time taken by the staff to ensure it was a positive experience, even pushing through their lunch hour without skipping a beat. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Cynthia runs a great practice. Everyone in the office is efficient, friendly and does excellent work. My first contact with her was an emergency and I knew immediately that I should stay with her. The office is also easily accessible with plenty of parking _ in Austin that is a big plus. So, yes, EXCELLENT describes Cynthia Graves.
Dr Graves and her staff are amazing. I have been a patient of hers for 10 yrs and I always feel that I am getting the appropriate treatment and dental care. Dr graves really cares about her patients and I will continue to see her even though she is out of network for my insurance.
I have known Dr. Graves for many years. She is remarkable, and she surrounds herself with exceptional staff. I am that high maintenance patient--anxious, nervous, questioning--yet Dr. Graves makes certain I am well taken care of every visit. Her concern and kindness, as well as that of her entire office, carry me through these difficult days with regard to my teeth. I can't say enough about them all, and I have brought my husband, sons, and their wives to her practice, because she is that great.
Just had another great experience with Dr. Graves dental office. Biannual cleaning and checkup was on time, thorough, professional and friendly - as always. Well-trained staff is always ready and thinking ahead. This is a great practice lead by a wonderfully caring, creative and forward looking dentist.
First visit and was Totally Impressed by their atmosphere!! Very relaxing, really want to make this point!??
Dr. Graves is a brilliant dentist and has such a caring bedside manner. The technology that she uses is amazing! She takes such great care of our family.
