I've been a patient of Dr. Graves for about 12 years and have followed her practice from Pflugerville to NW Austin. After moving an hour and a half away from her office (after retirement), I am still driving the distance for the services she and her staff deliver. Dr. Graves and her staff are always on the cusp of technology, using it to help their patients.
I have been going to Dr. Graves for years and would not think of using anyone else. I trust and her staff completely. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Graves to friends and family! She is simply AWESOME!

Incredibly knowledgeable with out the typical medical professional persona. Actually wants to help the client which is immediately seen by her friendly demeanor.
For years, I have encouraged my husband to switch dentists in order to work with Dr. Graves, because I believe she uses cutting edge technology and remains highly trained year after year. This year, my husband agreed to have a second opinion about the need for an extraction, and true to form, Dr. Graves and staff impressed him with their procedures and expertise. They do not wince over my dental phobia--they work very hard to make me comfortable. I love them!
Dr. Graves is great at balancing technology with human care, enhancing the patient's experience and outcomes with the latest in dental care technology, while maintaining a warm and genuine bedside manner. The hygienists on staff offer a range of personality types to suit different patient personalities (even mine!) so visits are - while certainly not a delight - as bearable as they can possibly be.
Having problems with my teeth since childhood I've seen more than my share of Dentists over 50+ yrs. I can say without hesitation that Dr Graves and staff are the best I've ever had experience with. My call is answered right away, I'm able to work out appointments that work for me. During my appointment they explain what's going on and make sure I'm ok during my procedure. Before leaving they provide excellent instructions then take the time to follow up the next day. They are simply the best.
