Came to you because my wife Annie Schnitzler was a patient a number of years ago and she wouldn't allow me to go anywhere else.
The entire process for my daughter's surgery went smoothly. The Doctor provided answers to all of my questions prior to the surgery and with his knowledge and experience the surgery went well. I'm glad we found the Doctor! Thank you for your services!
Appointment was kept on time. Staff was courteous and helpful. However, no real rapport with patient.
Dr. Wlodawsky was awesome. He was so nice and make sure everything was ok from the first appointment till I was healed. His staff was very nice making sure I wasn't nervous. The told my husband everything he would need to know to take care of me after the surgery! Thank you so much for everything!
Terrible front desk workers I will never come back
Left PaperWorks 2 1/2 weeks early for insurance reasons and they could not resolve it wanted me to pay upfront and insurance will take care of the bill poor billing staff
Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor was quick and to the point. However the surgical assistant was rude and didn't listen to anything I told her. Had to tell her multiple times what medicine my daughter was taking. She also also couldn't understand why I wanted to stay with my 13 year old, scared to death, daughter and wouldn't wait in the waiting room while she got her prepped for minor surgery.
The office staff is friendly and supportive. It was a pleasure interacting with each one. However, I cannot say the same for Dr. Omar Watson.
Not a smile to be seen from your office staff at the Brandermill location. I had a wisdom teeth removal. At the beginning of the surgery I voiced my anxiety to the dental assistants and started crying a bit and was met with a dismissive "you'll be fine." Upon coming out of anesthesia I do not recall anyone talking to me or telling me that everything had gone well. I started to panic and the surgeon left me in a room by myself. Hopefully others have not had such a horrendous experience as I.
