Our experience was not what I had expected from Dr Niamtu's association with the practice. The staff were nice but hardly any communication on any level. If we had walked in, had surgery and walked out without saying a word I believe they would be happy. My son developed a hematoma and the Dr seemed uninterested it was so swollen immediately after the surgery. He acted as it was normal. Nearly 4 weeks later he is still visibly bruised on his cheek.
