DaBella moved in, attacked the project quickly and thoroughly. The only problem we had was that the truck filled with tear-off material was not very efficient at moving it out. They left the loaded truck on the street in front of our house over a weekend. Also, the tear-off crew had to quit working several times because the truck was full and they couldn't get a driver to haul stuff away and bring an empty truck. DaBella was very professional in their presentation and followthrough.
The consultation with joel and curtiss was very informative. I learned alot, and the pricing was very similar to the competition with being a far superior product. Payment options were very flexible with 0% interest.
DaBella Exteriors LLC As with every transaction there are checks and balances. Our subdivision was developed in 1972. Beginning last fall and into Spring four houses on the block had new roofs installed, plywood to shingles et al. A new roof for this year was in our budget. It was a matter of who. Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". For the money spent we did not want to "tell the crew" anything and expected sales guy to rise to the occasion since he wrote up bid and was in our home helping going through details of the job...Our air conditioning line was cut killing our air conditioner o... read more
We are pleased with our new roof and felt the people involved all tried their best to make sure it was done right.
This review is written before any work has begun. We met with two representatives in our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the roofing system. We signed a contract and financial agreement and are looking forward to the installation of our new roof. Our representatives were Lance Fagen and Bryce Bower.
Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product
