As of 7/8/17, I have only recently hired this company, no work has started as of yet. This makes my review based on the initial meeting only. The initial meeting was/IS LONG. I can see the need for this as they are very thorough and want to make the most of the experience. Answering all and any questions seems to be paramount. To begin this review - The company, DaBella, took immediate action in follow up response for our consultation request. Thank you for not keeping us waiting! We live out on the coast and it usually takes several weeks to months for a response with an actual consult. At this time we have worked with Bryce Bowers and Dukens Surkin. The two gentlemen came and went through the entire process of re-roofing our home. Duke and Jordan were extremely nice. They know their job very well. Got us the best deal they could. I would recommend them to anyone.
From start to finish Chance was a great help. He gave a great presentation, giving us a great education about the project and the product. He checked back throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. When all was complete he came by to make sure we were happy with the whole process. And of course we couldn't be happier. The windows are fabulous they reduce the heat in the house tremendously, and look great as well.
Asher and Aaron stopped my request to give me an estimate on replacing my large complex roof which was 20 years old I selected their company for their local reviews and excellent customer service.
The sales team was very professional. We are looking forward to our new 50yr roof.
Geoff Buckendorf inspected my roof and was very informative and told me exactly what will be needed to replace/repair. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable of the project at hand. The price is a little more than I expected but Geoff was able to get me some decent discounts and excellent warranty. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
