RecommendedHonestly, I am super happy with my windows. My old ones where concreted in on the top of the frame and my installer, Don Danner, worked extra hard. He went above and beyond his call of duty in order that I too can have new windows. He mentioned in 35 years of window experience he had never seen windows this hard to get out.
