Horrible business. Scheduled two different appointments and no show, no call, no email on both appointments. I only rescheduled the first time to give them another chance as things happen. I would steer way clear of this “business” if you’re actually looking to get work done. They have no respect for your time or needs.

RecommendedThis company is a sham! They take your money, make you wait 6 months then send contractors out to DESTROY your home! Then, when you try to reach out to DaBella, no one knows a thing! DON'T TRUST THEM!

Be careful - the only way you can be entered into their contest is if they send a representative to your home to come up with a construction project & then they quote an amount that far exceeds what it would actually cost an independent contractor to complete the project. Do yourself & your bank account a favor - hire the contractor directly yourself and skip this middleman! If you want to pay 3X’s what your local roofing company is charging go with dabella. Also they wouldn’t leave unless I signed up even though I clearly said multiple times I wasn’t interested at the moment. Pulled my credit and now my credit score took a hit. I had to call and cancel the next day and they counteroffered with $3000 less than the original price. Yep, I’m good.

As soon as he showed up, he asked me to make a decision by the end of the visit. No maybes. The presentation was great, the roof was expensive, but the financing for it was flexible. However, I didn't get the service I was told I would. The company doesn't do the work themselves, they subcontracted another company who mostly just cared about finishing the roof fast instead of doing the job well, leaving us with a lot to clean up after they left all around the outside of the house and in our kitchen when insulation blew out f... read more
