We have only signed on with Dabella and have not yet begun the project, making it very difficult to rate the quality and customer service. Matt and Sierra Marshall were very thorough in their description of their product, their commitment to service and quality and their love and belief in this company. I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
Outstanding work
We had our roof replaced by DaBellas about 3 years ago and had such a positive experience that when it came time for new siding and windows we knew exactly who to call! Ian W has been knowledgebleand courteous...even when I changed my mind and added line and case to the windows after the initial consult! Craig Garrison did a through inspection of the roof. Showed us pictures of areas of concern! This helped paint a clear picture of the shape our roof was in. It was informative, clearly explained to us that we definitely needed a new roof.
Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.
DaBella did a great job. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. Roofing crew was very diligent about protecting my dad's memorial tree in the front yard. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is that I wasn't told when the gutter installers were coming and they left long, bent, gutter nails and gutter trimmings in my yard that I found with my lawnmower blade. Everyone we worked with was friendly and our roof was done in 3 days. It looks great, happy we selected DaBella.
Roofing project almost complete and siding hasn't started yet but, so far, excellent customer service, timeliness, thorough clean-up after each day and completed sections look great.
