They were very informative. They discussed thoroughly all aspects of the process.
Had them come out for an estimate to replace a window and door. Zoe and Mason were very knowledgeable in their field and very thorough in helping choose the right product.

I'm currently working on getting bids on to reroof my house and this was just excessive. I kept Politely telling them they needed to go. Finally I said I'm not interested as it's the most ridiculous bid I've gotten I requested a quote not a sales pitch. Whoever runs this business knows nothing about how people do business in 2022.

DaBella seemed like a great company, lots of good reviews nationally. However, the tactics of DaBella were very aggressive and time-consuming. The estimator did a thorough review of the roof and attic - providing pictures of what he saw - but then spent +1 hour walking through the history of the company, videos, PPT presentation, etc. even though I told him I really needed him to move quickly so I could deal with family stuff (this was on a Saturday). We closed on our new house yesterday, and the first job that needs to be done (hopefully before we move in) is replacing the roof. Because of that time frame, we have had several roofing contractors come out to prepare bids. DaBella was the 4th.
