Got a roof replacement from a door-to-door salesperson. I believe the product is good (time will tell) but I’m kicking myself for falling for the aggressive and nearly-unethical sales practices. The guy seemed genuine and built rapport with us which was part of how he won us over against our better judgment. Price was high. Salesperson didn’t let us “sleep on it.” Threw in “free” gutters and a discount if we made the decision while he was right there. They are trying to charge $50/month above the contract I signed... one of their big selling points was that the company didn't do this! third time I have left a review and I bet it will get removed like the first two.

Dabella did a great job on my roof, My house looks great. The people were amazing and really fought to help me with getting this done, Ryan young was the rep that helped me and couldn’t be happier with him and the company. This is a TERRIBLE company!! Didn't follow agreed upon schedule, didn't communicate what was going on, took double the time (it's nearly 7 PM on a Friday and they're still out cleaning up. How can they see to clean up?) And, just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they just told me they threw away my satellite dish, claiming it was in the contract!! Horrible company!!!!
If you have someone in the Tenino Area going door to door trying to set up inspections or sales, I do not appreciate the sales pitch at my home. If you don’t, I’m telling you someone is representing your company in my area. It’s bad enough getting spam calls on the phone. With all the criminals out casing places it does not sound like a smart business move having people going door to door doing sales pitch.
Why did you charge my grandparent's $42,000 for their siding?
I live in Tacoma WA and signed to get new siding on 4/17/21 with the Lacy branch. It's now August and they finish yesterday but it's still not right. When I signed up the sales rep was on the phone with the manager Patrick. I told them I wanted to get my back porch removed at a later date and then rebuilt. I didn't want to do the siding project if it was gonna be a problem but Patrick said that it wouldn't be that they can work around it. Been waiting since July for my windows. Sometime in the middle of October I am told they should be installed. Update - 50% restocking fee if you aren’t happy with their 2.5 month service and want to cancel. Also, when you have someone on speaker phone you should let them know before you start the conversation and when asked about it saying you are multitasking isn’t undivided attention. Customer service is lacking at DaBella. BBB has been contacted.
