Steven Shortridge was extremely informative and educated us on the roofing system. very pleased with my experience.
Matt Pittam was my sales rep for the project. He was on time, provided a professional presentation and worked with me to get the best financing deal for the roofing project.
Scott Harris came out and gave me an estimate on what it was going to take to replace the siding on my house. he had good ethic and very knowledgeable, he was easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor. He explained to me everything to expect and that I would be getting a call from him tomorrow seeing that he dropped off some color cards so I could paint my share the same color as my siding. JR Thomas came over with Jacob on 07/30/2016 at 11 AM and gave us an assessment based on the shower we wanted to put in. They were both professional and courteous, not to mention funny and very knowledgeable. We look forward to seeing JR again on Tuesday and then to the new shower after that. Richard made one hell of a impression on us when he made his sales pitch. He was not only professional, he was down to earth. He wasn't pushing like the other companies we got bids from. He made sure you felt comfortable in the decision. He was like family helping family. For the actual work being done. The guys that showed up were very polite/ hard working. Best thing about them they removed old tub and surround, replaced in 1 day and it looks beautiful.
The subcontractor was courteous and willing to go the extra mile.
The staff was professional, timely and informative. The installers took great care of my home during the process and showed us respect. I would use this company again without hesitation.
Good presentation, the roofers that did the job were very professional and great to work with. No complaints so far the day after install.
