We sat down and discussed quality and cost of a roofing system. He really opened my eyes to the real world of an average roof to a quality roof. He spent a lot of time explaining how the average roofing company uses cheap material and how Dabella's is different. They install GAF shingles that have a 50 year warranty. We were initially impressed with the professionalism, but also the pleasant attitude and excitement of the salesman, Jacob. Every question was answered to complete satisfaction. It went well, I feel we came to a fair price and am very excited about the upcoming project. Levi was very personable and kind and would highly recommend him as a project consultant. I'll surely update this review upon project completion but so far so good. <br />
From start to finish the project went very smooth. The estimator lady Polly was punctual and respected the time i had set aside during the work day to figure out options. My project was a full tear off of three existing roofs with some plywood needing to be replaced as well. The crew showed up early in the morning and got right to work. The project went as smooth as can be expected for construction. Ian Walker was the main person from DaBella that I worked with. Ian and his coworker did a complete inspection in my attic and layed out my options. The one thing I appreciated from Ian was that he told me right off the bat that he wouldn't be the cheapest price but he would do the best work. My Wife and I both found Dave's customer service stellar. Very knowledgeable about the great product that he sells. He arrived on time and was delightful to talk with. and we both enjoyed his no pressure approach to product salesmanship.
