We had a great experience buying a roof from Bruce with DaBella. Bruce was friendly well informed and very understanding. He was able to explain the pros and cons of their system, and eventually sold us on their GAF system with the deluxe gold pledge warranty. I would highly recommend this roof buying experience. <br />
Joel did a great job of making us feel comfortable with a significant financial investment and explained the entire process in a way that instilled confidence in the company and the product. <br />

Initial phone contact was informative, and courteous as she set up an appointment for me. Delay for an appointment was minimal, they were available the next day which was nice as other companies were not available for another 4 days. John and Bruce arrived at the scheduled time for my roofing estimate. Matt's presentation was professional and educational, as a matter of fact I got 5 other bids from roofing contractors and not one of them was as professionally prepared as Matt. i signed a contract to have Dabella replace my roof. I will have another review when the work is completed. <br />
Daniel was willing to negotiate a reasonable price for total roof replacement including all the wood, 30-32 pieces in all, and to ensure proper ventilation creating a better placement of the vents. The vents would draw air out to prevent dry rot. He explained the warranty, and that it is transferable to the next owners. The whole process went very smoothly; there were no complications and everyone involved was extremely competent and polite. I would definitely do business with Dabella again in the future and would gladly recommend them to a friend.
