But as far as service so far it is very prompt , we had a door to door opportunity in our area one day and they were out the next day with a rep Jordan Richmond. He spent time with my husband and I explaining the roofing product and materials. He was very thorough with information. We are looking forward to having the roof done in the next couple of weeks, weather permitting. Brady Beach, a sales representative, is a cheerful, knowledgeable, and organized person who gave a thorough presentation on DaBella services and a detailed cost estimate. He was patient with my questions. He is a great sales person. I gave him a "B" rating only because his persistence to make the sale became trite after my wife and I made the decision to wait one to two years before pursuing our re-roofing plans. But, perhaps that's what makes him a good sales person.
Lance came to our house and gave us a quote on a new roof. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He even put up with our huge dog wanting to sit on his lap. He explained the condition of our current roof, our options and how DaBella Exteriors can provide us with a quality product and service experience. I could not ask for a better experience considering the amount of money involved in purchasing a quality roof. Thanks Lance! <br />
