Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. There were some hiccups with customer service but once the general manager was made aware of them, he did his best to resolve the issues. The windows are great! We have noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house, and noise reduction.
I called them and set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. RYAN showed up promptly at 10 am. He took a look at my roof and took pictures and made some notes. Then he came inside and discussed his products,the roofing system is unlike any other I had seen in that it included a ventilation system built into the roof. Great people, from salesman to guy who measure & the installers!! VERY Pleased !!
Had some difficulties with the amount of time it took to complete the project. Part of the reason for this was the extreme amount of work needed in our city because of hail damage. The roof is beautiful.

DaBella's representatives were very responsive and professional. DaBella offers a custom premium window solution which may be more than some want to pay.
