We had a guy named Patrick who came out to give my parents a consultation. He was very professional and definitely had knowledge about the things my parents needed. Communication & meet ups was punctual. He was very detailed oriented. We enjoyed his professionalism. However, because I actually do DIY projects on my own home, my parents decided to ask me to help them instead.
