The installers did a very good job. They were efficient and skilled and cleaned up well afterwards. A change order, however, required that the job cost much more than the original estimate and put it way beyond my budget.

This review is for the sales process only, the roof is to be installed early next month. Salesman (John Chappell) was on time and friendly. Was ready and willing to jump up on the roof and into the attic to determine the current roof state. Gave us a clear and honest assessment and patiently took his time going over all roofing options and financing options with us. He ended up spending hours with us as we contemplated our decision and never lost patience with us. Looking forward to our beautiful new roof!

Professional presentation by Sam Axelrod and Scott Jackman. Informative and helped to make my decision. I feel like I will be getting the "Cadillac" of roofs. Work has not been done as yet so I cannot comment on that. A very large decision for me but feel that once the new roof is complete I should not have to work about it again.

Although they touted "factory trained installers", they spoke less English than the guys in front of home depot... they did a pretty good job overall, the workmanship was just fine.

Reve representatives John Chappell and Joel Satterwaite did a thorough job of inspecting my roof and recommending appropriate corrective action. Reve replaced my roof, removed an unwanted roof antenna and replaced a kitchen skylight. The work began at 10 AM and was completed at 6 PM on December 30. All large pieces of construction debris were removed after completion of the work. The work looks good to me. From the beginning to the end of the project we were very happy with Reve. Their sales consultants Paul & Wyatt were very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. We had originally called reference a leak but after they did a complete & thorough inspection found the whole roof needed to be replaced. Today is our estimate for a roofing replacement. After talking at length with the sales person John Chappell, we decided to sign a contract! John is the consummate professional. He spent the time other estimators didn't. He explained the entire process and showed us samples of the products to be used and to bring our roof up to code after severe wind damage. They did very good job on the siding. there was a spot where the sewer line came out from my house and the workman did not replace the concrete blocks right and I have to go under the house and fix it now.
