Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. We have only begun the process of re roofing. We met with the salesmen, Cody Hill and Josh Denison who were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to answered all our questions. We had a bad experience with a previous roofing contractor, thus the need for a new roof after 8 years, so we were very cautious. They inspected the roof and attic, and shared the pictures. The salepersons that come to my house were great. very informed and respectful Keegan Chapman and Josia Owinyo kudos to them. I will review further once the job is done
Replaced 40+ year old windows and can already tell the difference just with the noise reduction and less smells wafting through even when closed. I'm looking forward to winter because I know they'll keep out the cold and keep in the warm. The installers were excellent, paying attention to detail and answering questions I had with the process. They were considerate enough to clean up as they went along and worked with me to fulfill what was needed to apply for the cash incentive from Energy Trust.
Joel P did a wonderful job explaining the roofing system. Anxious to get the new roof.
Chance Kelley and Ean Wheeler arrived promply on time. They were very knowledgeable on the windows showing me examples of good quality and poor quality.. I have hired them to do new windows and gutters. I was very please with what was presented. thank you so much, very nice to have warranties backing up the product.
