Katlyn made the journey to Lopez Island, was successful on the second day, not easy to get here. She worked through the many design criteria we needed to have our new windows fit in with our home's 'look'. We believe the installation will be professional and very satisfactory. Alex Tarin answered a post I'd placed on FB for help with my leaking roof. When I called and said I need my roof done. He got back with me the same day and made a time best for me the next day. He was very informative about everything and with no pressure how the process worked. For the first time in the 20 yrs I've been here, I will also have gutters on my home! Answered all my questions. Kevin was extremely helpful explaining my range of options for a walk in shower to replace a large bathtub. He walked me through the process from material selection to installation and gave me a good price that was even a bit less than what I had budgeted for the project.
