We had Alex Serrate come to our house this afternoon to discuss replacing some of our windows. Alex was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and taught us a lot about windows! We didn't feel comfortable making a decision without doing some additional research but really appreciated all the time and information Alex gave us! David and Alejandro were very wonderful to talk to and made it easy to ask questions and not feel pressured. they went through everything at a good pace so we could follow along and understand what we could expect right now versus long term. they went over cost, versus quality, versus peace of mind. we appreciated the time they took to speak with us and understand where our concerns were. they even dealt with our persistent animals that were curious of the newcomers. as well as our 6 year old reenacting various movie scenes.... read more
