I had the pleasure of working with Amanda today to replace our old fiberglass tub and shower unit with what is a far superior system to what we have currently. She explained how the new system will not need to be caulked and I am excited about not having to clean all of that. She worked with me on price and we are looking forward to a new bathroom in a few weeks.
Just had a consultation presentation with Preston and Amanda. Very impressed felt like family. Did not feel like a sales pitch. We chose to get our shower done with DaBella! Can’t wait!

I have always felt that customer service is what happens after the sale. My roof was done beautifully by the installers, but a sky light frame was levered up abut a half an inch when the old roof was being removed, this was missed leaving a half inch gap at the bottom of the the skylight. This should be an easy fix and may prevent a leak at the bottom of the skylight later down the road. Also documentation of the promised twenty five year warranty was never sent.
