RecommendedI have always felt that customer service is what happens after the sale. My roof was done beautifully by the installers, but a sky light frame was levered up abut a half an inch when the old roof was being removed, this was missed leaving a half inch gap at the bottom of the the skylight. This should be an easy fix and may prevent a leak at the bottom of the skylight later down the road. Also documentation of the promised twenty five year warranty was never sent. We love our new roof snd gutters. Mateo was very patient snd explained things snd answered our questions. The crew was great!! We weren’t expecting it to be done till February but there was a break in the weather and they called snd said they could be there in January within days of meeting with sales rep. We had supplies delivered one day and within 2 days they were there.
