Craig Garrison did a through inspection of the roof. Showed us pictures of areas of concern! This helped paint a clear picture of the shape our roof was in. It was informative, clearly explained to us that we definitely needed a new roof.
I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
I'm currently having DaBella's side the house with James Hardie (Hardie plank) siding and windows. Josh was very professional and was very patient for all of our questions pertaining to the project. When another contractor gave us a bid for the garage in primed Hardie, Josh was able to offer us the upgraded color plus for less than the other contractors primed and painted. Outstanding work
We have only signed on with Dabella and have not yet begun the project, making it very difficult to rate the quality and customer service. Matt and Sierra Marshall were very thorough in their description of their product, their commitment to service and quality and their love and belief in this company. DaBella did a great job. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. Roofing crew was very diligent about protecting my dad's memorial tree in the front yard. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is that I wasn't told when the gutter installers were coming and they left long, bent, gutter nails and gutter trimmings in my yard that I found with my lawnmower blade. Roofing project almost complete and siding hasn't started yet but, so far, excellent customer service, timeliness, thorough clean-up after each day and completed sections look great.
We are completely satisfied with the product, the customer service and the length of time it took to complete.
