Had some dabella salesmen come to my door this morning, and I indicated that I was not up for their sales pitch, as I'm sick this morning. asked them to come back next week. They refused to leave even after being asked 5x politely. I finally resorted to anger and cussed at them strongly asking them to leave. (me a single sick woman, them both athletic men) THEY REFUSED! Never hire DaBella to do any work on your house. We had a new roof put on in 2018, it was installed it wrong and has been leaking for years. We have contacted them multiple times aboutbthis problem. They only decided to do something about it when I showed them a video of water coming in through the roof onto my floor, creating a puddle on the floor. My floor is now bubbling up and has black mold on it. In addition to that, when feeling my wet ceiling, my pinky finger put a dent in the ceiling it was so wet and damaged. Unfor... read more
We purchased this manufactured home in 2021. One of the selling points was that it had a new roof and was under warranty. The roof was installed in 2018 by Dabella. This last winter we noticed snow melting under the shingles and not shedding water properly in the valleys. We had a different roofing company come out and look at the roof and they found that the flashing in the valley was not installed correctly. A Bella representative was in my backyard today approx 1230pm. He did not knock on the door just let himself inside my fenced yard and I found him on my back porch. very suspicious as I had no contact prior to this. I called the company and they said there is no representative in my area today. I immediately called the police. He was on foot with no signs of a vehicle. Recommendedpressured to write a positive review. people were nice enough but the presentation was pure BS and nothing but pressure. they rope you into a 4+ hour chunk of time you'll never get back. they stayed well after their welcome was up. pushed a new roof. sounded like car dealers. I kept telling them I need to put my little one to bed and they continued to stay. kept calling their big man on top to change numbers. the whole thing all in all felt like a scam. Don't do business with DaBella! They refuse to talk to me about a repair that is needed in a bathroom conversion from a tub/shower to a alone conversion to a stand-alone shower. A failed hose connection created a leak that soaked my bedroom carpet & floor has not been addressed by DaBella, even though I have contacted them (6) times in the past month-in a half. I contacted an outside plumber to stop the leak (on a temp basis), but DaBella (out of Bend, OR.) have yet to respond to my problem.

Be prepared for a high pressure sale pitch. The Sales rep came to our house several times, at late hours. I ultimately got roof installed from them because the seemed to offer the best materials. The installers were very rough on my house. They tossed my antenna off the roof, damaging my paint and antenna. The roof seems to be different colors, they claim it blends in after 90 days, in the meantime I have to deal with the eyesore. Lastly, after a week there is a leak in my guest bathroom.
