The sales rep ****** was fantastic. Windows are definitely expensive however the difference in the house has been truly incredible. She walked us through different options and benefits of each and I appreciated the time she spent for it all. After using the windows for a few months the house maintains temperature well, noise is massively reduced from outside, and weve had no issues. ***** was a proffesional, came out and looked at my roof. Identified that we had a leak coming through the chimney and around our skylight. Weren't able to make things happen but plan on circling back on the new year.

I recently had my roof replaced by this company. They had good customer service and finished the job very quick. Unfortunately, once the job was complete, their customer service seems to be nonexistent. I reported to them that there was some damage to my siding and drip edge on my garage roof that was caused during the roof install. They asked me to send pictures, which I did, and I have not heard back in three weeks. We are in the wet months and this could potentially cause damage to my house if left the way it is.
