*************** were very nice & professional. The only slightly negative is the process took longer than we were told, but I understand that ****** was training ****** & that takes longer than normal.

I met with **** ***** and went through a plan for a new roof install. The meeting took about 2 hours and we went through all the options offered for a roof replacement. The education was exceptional, and the experience was refreshing. I enjoyed the conversation and they found a new happy customer.

We had recieved a visit from two representatives to talk about a siding inspection. The inspection ended up in the attic where a major leak situation was in need of immediate attention. We were aware that it was time to replace the roof but we're not aware how dire it needed to be done. ******** Medeirols and **** ****** spent a great deal of time explaining the step by step mediation for replacement of the roof. There was a nice young door knocker that came by and offered a free roof inspection. ** and ****** came out the next day and gave us a great education on the house. They did everytbing possible to make it affordable and were helpful without being pushy!

DaBella knocked our door recently for a free window inspection and we are super happy they did! ************* came by to give us all the information. The whole experience was awesome, great team and amazing windows. Everyone was professional, but it felt like dealing with friends. When we replace the rest of the windows we will definitely call them again.
